1. Base plate
Galvanized steel sheet and Jinjiadun steel sheet with aluminum-zinc coating is taken as the base plate, its thickness can be customized according to the requirements of customers.
2. Coat systemDouble-faced coating system with both sides painting and baking is adopted.
3. Surface treatmentDouble resistant formula paint and durable
4. Top primary coat
The coatings PE / PVDF are used, and the thickness of paint film is 5μm, the type of coating depends on the specific product.
5. Top finishing coat
The excellent fade resistant coil coatings are used, and the thickness of paint film is 20μm, the type of coating depends on the specific product.
6. Back primary coat
The special coatings are used, and the type of coating depends on the specific product.
7. Back finishing coat
The special coatings are used, and the type of coating depends on the specific product.
8. Color and gloss
For the color of finishing coat, please refer to our company’s Standard Color Plate or it can be be customized according to the requirements of customers. The degree of gloss is usually 30 ( 60°angle of inclination, in accordance with GB/T 12754-2006 color coated steel sheet and steel strip). |
